Why do you need an Alarm Response for your company?

How does KRR operate?
The client’s monitoring company will contact KRR at the assigned number to notify the Alarm Response Officer at that specific location. The Alarm Response Officer will then notify the contacts provided by the client until a representative from the company arrives. Upon arrival, the Alarm Response Officer will remain on site to inspect exterior doors and property to ensure no one enters or exits the facility. When the client’s company representative arrives, the Alarm Response Officer will escort them into the building and to the location of the alarm. After the Alarm is reset and the area is secured, the Alarm Response Officer will then make sure everything is back to operational order.

What type of coverage does KRR provide?
Typically most clients need alarm response coverage from the moment they leave the facility (after business hours) until a representative from the company arrives in the morning, weekends and business holidays.
